You get some bread, some tender chicken breasts, and some soft cheese. You put it in a griddle and BAM.
Easy.

This reminds me I need to try to make a Reuben burger. I have all the ingredients for a Reuben, but don’t have any corned beef. Although tbh I don’t think it’ll be all that great with hamburger meat.

You could also use cold-cut sliced chicken or turkey

The burger you’re describing is called a patty melt :o)

I think the trick with a Reuben burger is to not go with the larger 1/3-1/2 lb patty. Adding more meat to that kind of burger just upsets the balance of meat-to-nonmeat ratio that makes a burger just right.
In my opinion, the two 1/4-lb patty with accoutrement is that perfect ratio. So, the proper Reuben burger would swap one patty for a quarter pound of corned beef. Now your sandwich will be equal parts burger and Reuben, and also not be an overloaded, unmanageable mess that won't allow you to correctly get a little of everything in each bite.

Chicky chicky parm parm! This is a good sandwich. It's like a chicky catch with cheese in a bun.
